A hotel address does not always explain the final approach. Grand Park Hotel is reached from Rovinj's lower harbour side. Hotel Lone sits beyond the road through Golden Cape forest park. Meneghetti is approached by a discreet estate road outside Bale.
Bel'Istria drivers regularly handle arrivals at each of these properties. They know the correct entrance, the final access road and where the vehicle should stop. You do not need to navigate, call ahead or explain the route after a long journey.

After a flight, the last thing guests need is a rental desk, unfamiliar roads or a call with hotel reception to explain where they are. Your driver is waiting, the luggage is handled and the vehicle leaves when you are ready.
Bel'Istria plans the journey around the property, not only the destination. That may mean Rovinj's lower harbour approach, the forest park road to Hotel Lone or the quieter estate road outside Bale. When advance coordination is required, Bel'Istria can contact the hotel before arrival.
The same private service remains available throughout the stay for restaurant transfers, day trips, airport departures and journeys between hotels.

Do you provide transfers to hotels that are not listed here?
Yes. These are the properties with dedicated transfer pages. Bel'Istria serves hotels, villas and private addresses throughout Istria and the Kvarner Riviera. Send us the property name and arrival airport to receive a route recommendation and quote.
Can Bel'Istria handle both our airport arrival and departure?
Yes. The arrival and departure journeys can be booked together or separately. Flight monitoring applies to the airport arrival. For the departure journey, Bel'Istria recommends a collection time based on the airport, expected traffic and required check-in time.
Can you arrange transfers between two hotels?
Yes. Inter-hotel transfers are available throughout Istria and Kvarner. Examples include Grand Park Hotel to Meneghetti, Adriatic Istria Resort to Rovinj, or an Istrian hotel to Ikador on the Kvarner coast.
Can we arrange transport during our stay?
Yes. Bel'Istria provides private day trips, restaurant transfers and transport to towns, wine estates and regional attractions. Journeys can be planned in advance or arranged during the stay, subject to availability.
Can the driver coordinate directly with the hotel?
Yes. Bel'Istria can coordinate entrances, collection times, luggage handovers and other arrival details directly with the hotel when required.
