Getting Every Guest There and Home
Most wedding-day stress is not the ceremony, it is moving eighty people between a hotel, a venue and a dinner that runs past midnight. Our Mercedes V-Class vans carry bridal parties, families and guests in groups, on a schedule we build with your planner so the shuttles run in the right order without anyone waiting in the heat.
Istria's best venues are often the hardest to reach. Estates like Meneghetti near Bale sit at the end of an unmarked country lane with no parking and no taxi waiting at 2am. Island settings like Red Island off Rovinj need the car and the boat timed to the minute. We have done both, and we run standby vehicles for late returns so guests leave when they are ready and reach their bed safely.
For larger weddings we add vehicles and put a coordinator on the ground who answers to your planner, not to each guest. The Sprinter VIP takes up to eight in one vehicle when you want the party kept together. Whatever the venue, the logistics stay our problem and the day stays yours.
For large weddings we scale past vans to minibuses and coaches, with a coordinator staging each wave, so a 200-guest celebration moves as smoothly as a party of twelve.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the wedding car enter Rovinj or Poreč old town?
No. The old towns of Rovinj and Poreč are pedestrian only, so no car or taxi can reach the squares or the waterfront. We drop you at the closest permitted point, usually a short and photogenic walk from the venue, and we scout it with your planner beforehand so there is no surprise in your dress.
How many guests can you move, and with how many vehicles?
From a small bridal and parents group up to full weddings of 50, 100 or more, run as a shuttle in waves of Mercedes V-Class vans, with the Sprinter VIP carrying up to eight guests per vehicle. We confirm the exact fleet once we have your guest count, your venue and your timeline.
How far in advance should we book wedding transport in Istria?
For weddings in the Istrian season, May to September, book six to nine months ahead, and as early as possible for peak Saturdays in July and August, which go first. Off-season dates can often be arranged on shorter notice.
Can you decorate the bridal car, and is the fleet unbranded?
Yes to tasteful decoration. Ribbons or a floral arrangement on the bonnet or door handles are welcome, as long as your florist fixes them to hold at speed and lift off cleanly. The fleet is all black with no taxi signs or advertising, so every photograph stays clean.
