For the Artists and the Crew
Bel'Istria has run the other side of the barrier too. When Imagine Dragons played Pula Arena, we handled the artist and crew logistics with their tour manager, and we have worked with touring productions like Parni Valjak and BABA production since.
For a touring party, the work is invisible by design. A dedicated S-Class for the artist, V-Class and Sprinter vans for crew and equipment, and a vehicle on standby through soundcheck, the show and the load-out, however long the night runs. We route around the crowd and the cameras, hold confidentiality where it matters, and have the car moving the moment the set ends, before the gates open to eight thousand people heading for the same streets.
We also collect performers and production staff from Pula, Trieste, Venice or Zagreb airports and run them between hotel and venue across a multi-date stay, so the same team and the same cars see the run through.
For festival groups and production crews we add minibuses and coaches, with a coordinator on site through load-in and load-out.

How do I get to a Pula Arena concert and back to my hotel?

Is there parking at Pula Arena for concerts?
Parking near the Arena is very limited and fills hours before a show, since the venue sits inside Pula's old town. The city runs park-and-ride and night buses on event days, but a private chauffeur is the only option that drops you at the door and has a car ready the moment you leave.
Can you provide private transport for an artist or band performing in Istria?
Yes. We run dedicated artist vehicles, crew and equipment vans, all-day standby through soundcheck and load-out, and discreet, confidential routing. We have handled artist and production logistics at Pula Arena for international and regional touring acts.
